Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of experience managing complex programs and projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, accounting and finance principles.
• Ability to coordinate resources across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between infrastructure program management and communications, regulatory, government affairs and stakeholder teams.
• Coordinate regulatory information requests, validate responses, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop executive summaries, presentations and regulatory responses with clear messaging.
• Transform complex project data into meaningful business insights for internal and external audiences.
• Partner with communications teams on jurisdictional outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify strategic insights and community impacts to highlight in reporting and proceedings.
• Maintain visibility of initiatives, commitments, schedules and budgets across programs.
• Promote consistency in reporting, information management, and response workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders at various levels.
• Support emergency response work as requested.
