Capstone is seeking a Senior Associate with specialized expertise in energy policy, focusing on oil & gas and geothermal energy. The role involves developing investment ideas through policy analysis and tracking federal/state regulations that impact the energy sector.

The candidate will monitor policy developments, interact with policymakers and investors, and contribute to investment opportunities in U.S. energy markets. A minimum of 3 years in energy policy or related fields is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. energy policy and markets, particularly oil & gas and/or geothermal energy.
• Ability to develop and discern high-quality investment ideas based on policy analysis.
• Proven writing and communication skills with client servicing ability.
• Experience analyzing policy, regulation and market dynamics in the energy sector.
