Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Manager, Policy Development to create, edit, and produce technical policy content. Under leadership, this role transforms approved positions and analyses into high-quality materials that support advocacy, regulatory proceedings, and executive decision-making.

You will collaborate with Sustainability, Government Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance teams, maintain content repositories, and ensure consistency and accuracy across policy communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years in policy communications or related fields.
• Exceptional technical communication and writing skills.
• Ability to translate complex policy into clear communications for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop policy memos and materials explaining proposed legislative or regulatory changes and their impact.
• Create talking points, FAQs, one-pagers, fact sheets, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Translate complex policy, legislative, regulatory, environmental, and market issues into clear content.
• Adapt approved policy positions for different audiences while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain style guides, formatting, and templates; conduct quality assurance of content.
