You will build financial models, assess valuations, and support portfolio construction with actionable investment ideas.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with portfolio managers and senior stakeholders, delivering high-quality research and presentations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in equity research in the energy and materials sectors or related investment function.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Applicable securities licenses or registrations, or ability to obtain within a timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research on assigned sectors, industries, and companies, including financial analysis, valuation, earnings assessment, and investment thesis development.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, price targets, risk assessments, and investment recommendations that support portfolio construction.
• Partner with portfolio managers to provide timely insights on holdings, benchmark performance, and recommended changes.
• Develop high-quality research reports, earnings updates, sector commentary, and presentations for internal stakeholders and advisors.
• Support advisor engagement activities, translating complex analysis into clear investment perspectives.
• Maintain documentation, governance, and compliance across research activities and recommendations.
