Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Facility Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading EPC firm in energy infrastructure. The role focuses on engineering and design for natural gas, LNG, RNG facilities, and pipelines across North America.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, a BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), and 7+ years of experience in oil & gas or related sectors. This is a permanent position requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional engineering experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in oil & gas, utility, midstream, or energy infrastructure.
• Experience with turbomachinery equipment including compressors and turbines.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design for gas compression, LNG, RNG, pipelines, and related facilities.
• Develop scopes of work for engineering services, procurement, and construction.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients and vendors to meet objectives.
• Review vendor drawings and submittals for compliance with specs and standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
