Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in energy engineering or project development.
• 5+ years in energy efficiency analysis and ESPC/ESCO programs preferred.
• Strong experience with energy savings calculations, M&V, and energy audits.
• Proficient in HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial/industrial.
• Experience developing technical proposals and presenting to customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred.
• Travel: Approximately 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy savings calculations, feasibility studies, and financial analyses.
• Develop and review M&V plans and methodologies.
• Evaluate energy audits and identify energy conservation measures (ECMs).
• Develop solutions involving HVAC, chillers, boilers, central plants, compressed air, and industrial equipment.
• Support business development through technical presentations, customer meetings, and site assessments.
• Prepare technical proposals, project scopes, savings estimates, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate project economics and support opportunities through contract signing.
• Coordinate with engineering partners to validate proposed solutions and calculations.
