Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to spearhead California’s clean energy transformation. In this role, you will lead energy efficiency and electrification projects that directly impact sustainable infrastructure. Engage with utility providers, industry experts, and contribute to powerful initiatives while fostering relationships and mentoring junior engineers.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, a strong understanding of energy efficiency policies, and proficiency in energy modeling software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management, or related engineering fields.
• Experience with California utility energy efficiency programs.
• Strong understanding of California/CPUC energy efficiency policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage energy efficiency and electrification projects from planning through implementation.
• Conduct facility site visits, equipment audits, and energy assessments.
• Present technical recommendations and solutions to clients.
