Job summary

Cadmus seeks an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics to utility and government clients, delivering data-driven insights across DSM topics. You will design studies, run analyses, and create visualizations to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics/Statistics/Data Science with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software (R, Python, or Stata).
• Experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI, Streamlit).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Inferential statistics, sampling, research design, and regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Desire to grow professionally and take on challenging work.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with or experience in the energy sector/utility industry.
• Applied research design experience in a consulting setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical and econometric methods; synthesize results and provide recommendations.
• Communicate methods and findings in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visuals.
• Support management of consulting tasks, budgeting, planning, and resource management; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Build client relationships through proactive communication on activity and findings.
• Identify and develop business opportunities; support proposal development.
