Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics and data-driven insights for utility and government clients. You will lead research design, data collection, and reporting across DSM topics, collaborating with teams and clients to deliver impactful solutions.

You will communicate complex results clearly, manage projects and budgets, and mentor junior staff while building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities in energy and related policy areas.

Competenze

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field with 6-8 years of experience OR BA/BS with 8-10 years of experience.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software programming in R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations with R-Shiny (or Flask, DASH, Power BI or Streamlit).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Experience with inferential statistics, sampling, research design, statistical analysis, and regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Desire to grow professionally and take on challenging work.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with energy sector and/or utility industry.
• Applied research design experience in a professional setting (consulting).

Mansioni

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting tasks for client engagements.
• Apply statistical and econometric data analysis methods, synthesize and interpret results to assess program and policy impacts, and identify conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicate methods, findings, data sources, and analytical results in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage consulting projects, including working with project teams and clients to achieve goals.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Nurture client relationships with proactive, clear communication on project activities and findings.
• Identify and develop business development opportunities to expand work with existing clients and support proposals.
