• Albany, Buffalo, Rochester $152,000–$225,000
• Chicago, Garden City, New York City $189,000–$250,000

Qualifications

Senior attorney with eight or more years of experience handling regulatory matters related to the energy sector. Candidates should have experience practicing before a state public utility commission and/or handling issues involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Energy, and/or New York Independent System Operator (or other similar Regional Transmission Organization). Prior work experience within the government or at a utility or energy company is a plus, but not required. Ideal candidates will have portable business and a demonstrated ability to originate and maintain strong client relationships.
