Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics to generate data-driven insights, quantify intervention impacts, and guide utility and government clients. The role supports DSM topics from demand response to decarbonization, data center electricity demand, and more.

The successful candidate will lead research design, data analysis, and reporting for client engagements, while mentoring junior staff and nurturing client relationships.

Competenze

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field with 3-5 years relevant experience, OR BA/BS with 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software programming in R, Python, or Stata.
• Demonstrated experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations using R-Shiny (or Flask, DASH, Power BI, Streamlit).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with inferential statistics, sampling, research design, and regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and take on challenging work.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with energy sector and/or utility industry.
• Applied research design experience in professional setting (consulting).

Mansioni

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical and econometric methods, synthesize results, and identify meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Communicate methods, findings, data sources, and results in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations for diverse audiences.
• Support management of consulting tasks or projects, including collaboration with team and clients, budgeting, invoicing, planning, and resource management to meet Cadmus quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff.
• Nurture and build client relationships through proactive, clear communication on project activities, status, findings, and concerns.
• Identify and develop business development opportunities and support proposal development.
