Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science/Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of job-related experience in Information Technology; 3 years in business analysis.
• Participation in projects of medium to high complexity.
• Familiarity with the corresponding Line of Business-related functions.
• Continuous education in IT and business specific areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 help desk support for the Endur application.
• Manage backlog of requests/incidents and support change requests.
• Interact with different groups and systems to support open requests.
• Provide analysis for submitted issues and testing support for production changes.
• Support Endur certification in ATLAS and AMP applications.
• Coordinate disaster recovery activities.
• Support end-of-month and start-of-month activities.
• Provide IT consulting to identify and satisfy business needs.
• Understand current and future business environment and meet needs.
• Identify and influence IT solutions; negotiate requirements.
• Provide timely client communications.
• Define and document business requirements for projects.
• Contribute to business cases for IT projects and initiatives.
• Review design and technical specs for alignment with solutions.
• Prepare or review test plans and perform quality reviews of tests.
• Comply with SOX process/documentation and support audits.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and document alternatives.
