Mitchell Martin Inc. in Houston seeks a Senior Endur Developer to lead design, development and implementation on the OpenLink Endur platform. The role demands deep expertise in ETRM/CTRM systems and strong technical skills for Front-to-Back onboarding.

You will configure and integrate new Endur products, design AVS/JVS scripts, use Endur APIs, and connect with market data, ERP and risk systems. Expect Level 3 support and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with Endur, including onboarding across full trade lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in ETRM/CTRM systems and Endur design/development.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate new products in Endur across trade capture, lifecycle, settlements, and reporting.
• Design and implement custom scripts, workflows, and extensions using AVS and JVS OpenComponents, and Endur APIs.
• Connect Endur with external systems (e.g., market data feeds, ERP, risk engines).
• Ensure scalability and efficiency for high-volume trade processing.
• Work closely with trading, risk, operations, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex issues.
