Qualifications

• Strong Endur (Openlink) experience.
• Business Analysis and Requirements Elicitation expertise.
• Experience within Energy, Commodities, or Trading environments.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• PL/SQL knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Crude Oil, Refined Products, or Commodity Trading experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Work closely with traders, operations, and technology teams
• Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement, and design sessions
• Support Endur enhancements, defect resolution, and project delivery
• Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing activities
• Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers in an Agile environment
• Drive process improvements and help shape future platform enhancements
