Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead complex incidents across endpoints, identity, email, network and cloud environments. You will investigate advanced threats, coordinate remediation, and mentor junior analysts in a fast-paced, AI-driven SOC.

Qualifications

• Lead complex investigations independently and own high-severity incidents.
• Proficient in MITRE ATT&CK and threat detection improvements.
• Experience with incident remediation across multi-host environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across endpoints, identity, email, network and cloud.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, artifacts, and network data to determine root cause and scope.
• Provide expert guidance on advanced Microsoft 365 security incidents.
• Perform malware analysis to understand threat behavior and IOCs.
• Develop strategic remediation plans coordinating third-party containment.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to training materials.
• Drive process improvements and automation for detection and response.
• Represent CrowdStrike in thought leadership and external engagements.
• Communicate effectively with customers during escalations.
