Life-Science Innovations is seeking a Sr. End User Computing Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer for a hybrid Willmar, MN role.

You will lead endpoint management strategy, security, and modernization across workstations, mobile devices, and user technology services, with Teams Phone responsibilities where appropriate. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in IT, deep experience with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Central, Entra ID, and security-focused configurations, plus strong cross‑functional

Competenze

8+ years of progressive IT experience, endpoint management focus
Experience managing Windows endpoints with Intune/Autopilot/SCCM/Endpoint Central
Strong knowledge of 365, Entra ID, AD, GP, networking, and end-user tech
Solid understanding of endpoint security, encryption, compliance, and least-privilege

Mansioni

Serve as senior technical owner for endpoint management across devices
Design, implement, and optimize endpoint management with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Central
Establish device provisioning standards, baselines, and lifecycle processes
Lead Windows upgrades, deployments, patching, and advanced troubleshooting
Strengthen endpoint security through encryption, compliance, and CIS configurations
Own problems end-to-end from business need to solution and support
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
Support telecom/Teams Phone and related devices
Participate in IT projects, change management, and ITSM processes
