Job summary

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Senior Endpoint & Identity Engineer to lead endpoint management and IAM initiatives. This hybrid role supports devices across multiple platforms and collaborates with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations to improve security posture and user experience.

Responsibilities include implementing endpoint security controls, modern authentication methods, and governance processes, while driving automation and operational excellence in a large enterprise

Qualifications

• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management, IAM, or related IT infra disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint management, device lifecycle administration, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team through coaching and performance feedback.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions across multiple platforms.
• Develop and improve identity and access management capabilities (MFA, SSO, RBAC, governance).
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls and modern authentication methods.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex endpoint, identity, and security issues with incident response support.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations to establish standards and drive automation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend security, scalability, and reliability improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation to enhance the employee technology experience.
