Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to manage, secure, and support corporate endpoints including laptops, desktops, printers, and BYOD devices. You will oversee provisioning, deployment, patching, configuration, migrations, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation across Microsoft and third-party platforms.

The role emphasizes administering SCCM, Intune, and IGEL UMS, managing enrollment and compliance, planning OS deployments, and ensuring endpoint security in collaboration with IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Six to eight years of progressively responsible experience supporting and engineering enterprise endpoint environments.
• Hands-on experience engineering enterprise endpoints with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, IGEL UMS, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer endpoint management platforms for provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Windows endpoints through SCCM and Intune co-management, including enrollment and workload transitions.
• Plan and execute OS deployments, endpoint provisioning, software updates, and migrations.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, compliance, capacity, and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define solutions and improve processes for operations.
