Job summary

3500 Square, LLC seeks a Senior Endpoint Engineer to lead the development and sustainment of endpoint delivery frameworks across the Federal Agency hybrid IT ecosystem. This role supports provisioning, security, monitoring, and application integration for over 250,000 devices across the global Military Health System.

Responsibilities include deploying MECM/Intune, architecting hybrid delivery frameworks, secure OS image management, and ensuring DISA STIG/RMF/NIST compliance.

Summary

This critical role supports centralized provisioning, security, monitoring, and application integration for over 250,000 devices across the global Military Health System.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer and deploy endpoint management solutions (MECM, Intune).

Architect hybrid delivery frameworks supporting SaaS/on-prem/cloud services.

Lead secure application packaging and configuration for Windows endpoints.

Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, RMF, and NIST standards.

Build and maintain secure OS images and modern desktop environments.

Design mobile device provisioning and MDM strategies.

Support Tier 3/4 troubleshooting and endpoint automation projects.

Maintain RMF artifacts in eMASS and participate in continuous monitoring.

Education & Certifications

Required (Foundational – one of the following):

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited),

OR baseline IA certification (Security+, SSCP).
