Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer for a permanent remote opportunity. You will own the engineering, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoints, leveraging Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Tanium to deliver reliable, secure services.

You will design profiles and policies, automate tasks with PowerShell, and mentor team members while driving configuration standardization and threat-hardening across the environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering or device management.
• Advanced Microsoft Intune expertise for Windows and mobile device management.
• Demonstrated Windows Autopilot expertise.
• Strong hands-on Tanium experience.
• Advanced knowledge of application packaging and deployment.
• Ability to diagnose difficult endpoint issues independently.
• Proficiency in PowerShell automation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day engineering and continuous improvement of Microsoft Intune.
• Design, implement, and maintain configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Lead Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning.
• Manage endpoint enrollment, provisioning, and configuration drift.
• Engineer and administer Intune as an MDM/MAM platform.
• Use Tanium for endpoint visibility, inventory, and software deployment.
• Implement endpoint hardening and configuration baselines.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and technical documentation.
