Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a Sr Clinical Specialist, Endovascular, to support the Vascular division in the United States. This field-based role focuses on case planning, case support coverage, and product pull-through within the assigned territory and region.

You will promote vascular products through education, service, and training of customers in hospital settings, driving sales goals and market share growth with emphasis on Vessel Closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products can help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Provide clinical education and in-service training for company products.
• Educate customers on merits and proper usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend clinical procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology Lab, and Operating Room.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by proposing feasible solutions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Support the broader Region with case coverage as needed.
