Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a GI lab assistant to support GI physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, delivering safe and efficient patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited program for medical assistants or nursing assistants or surgical technicians, BLS within 30 days of hire, and at least 3 years GI/Endo experience; SGNA certification is preferred and the organization offers comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited program for medical assistants, nursing assistants or surgical technicians or equivalent combination of coursework, experience or training.


• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.


• 3 years GI / Endo experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Society of Gastroenterology Nurses Association (SGNA) Certification.


• 5 years Health care experience in a GI lab.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $27.92 - $42.73. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
