Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation in Mission Hills, CA is seeking an experienced RN to join the Endoscopy Center in a full-time, day-shift role. You will provide professional patient care for endoscopic procedures, following established standards and supervising other nurses and staff as needed.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, California RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Provides professional patient care for all patients following established standards and practices. Serves as a role model for Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants and LVNs by providing leadership which fosters positive attitudes and change, as well as supports management policies and procedures. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care of patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. Assists in the organization and daily function of the procedure room in accordance with established federal, state and accreditation standards and facility policies and procedures. Assists in overseeing patient care activities in the pre-procedure, procedure and recovery areas and maintains a high standard of safety for the patient and other staff members.

Required Qualifications
