Job summary

DirectDental is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Endodontist to join our practice in California. The successful candidate will diagnose patients and perform endodontic procedures, including non-surgical root canals and surgeries, while maintaining professional relationships with referring dentists.

Applicants should have a DDS/DMD, completed endodontic residency, and a valid dental license; ABEs are preferred.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Post-doctoral residency in endodontics completed.
• ABE certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an Endodontist.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history and discussing their symptoms and concerns.
• Utilizing dental instruments and x-ray equipment to determine the cause of patients' oral pain and discomfort.
• Formulating suitable treatment plans based on the diagnosed dental condition.
• Performing non-surgical root canal treatment and endodontic surgeries as needed.
• Replanting teeth and maintaining teeth after root canal procedures.
• Completing diagnoses, treatment, and progress notes for each patient.
