West Coast Dental seeks a GP Endo to perform root canals across Southern California offices. You’ll join a team-focused practice with a large, diverse patient base and guaranteed base plus percentage production.

The role emphasizes excellent patient experience, ongoing training, and company-sponsored CE within modern, well-equipped offices. Both seasoned and new endodontists are welcome to apply.

Qualifikationen

• DDS/DMD degree and California license are required.
• Endodontic Certificate from a CA-accredited university and active license.
• DEA, CPR and NPI numbers, plus malpractice insurance are required.

Aufgaben

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment
