Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking an End-to-End Principal Architect to lead design and delivery of Cognitive Execution Solutions and Cognitive Warehouse Management Solutions for clients. You will own end-to-end functional and technical designs and manage project timelines and budgets.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with clients and project teams, and drive architecture decisions using cloud, data analytics, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in solution architecture and consulting or related field.
• Expertise in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions (microservices).
• Expertise in at least one other Execution solution (WLM, TMS, Order/Returns).
• Proven experience leading and managing solution projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong technical skills in cloud, software development, data engineering/analytics.
• Experience with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, retail or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Lead solution teams and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Lead integration of core product to develop solutions using Platform.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Act as internal consultant to other Blue Yonder teams.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions based on client requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Continuously evaluate solution processes and tools with latest technologies.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work with project managers, delivery partners, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
