Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to accelerate end-to-end driving models across training, simulation, and production vehicle platforms. You will work across model development, data, simulation, and vehicle engineering to transform evolving AI models into reliable autonomous driving capabilities on NVIDIA hardware.

You will develop high-quality production code in C++ and Python, optimize model inference, and build tools to evaluate driving quality, robustness, and regression

Qualifications

• PhD with 1+ year, MS with 3+ years, or BS with 5+ years of experience in CS/CE/Robotics or related field.
• Strong C++ programming, software architecture, debugging, and performance-analysis skills, and model inference technologies such as CUDA and TensorRT.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch.
• Experience developing software on Linux and embedded/RTOS such as QNX.
• Experience integrating machine-learning models into complex production systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues across model behavior, application software, middleware, OS, and hardware.
• Experience with autonomous driving, robotics, ADAS, or other real-time intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrate driving models with vehicle interfaces, sensors, localization, mapping, and safety systems.
• Define contracts for model input/output, timing, state-management, and runtime interfaces.
• Collaborate with model developers to improve quality, debugging, and readiness for deployment.
• Investigate discrepancies between development and target vehicle platforms.
• Optimize inference and software to meet latency, throughput, memory, determinism, and power targets.
• Develop tools and metrics for evaluating driving quality, safety, robustness, and regression performance at scale.
• Perform in-vehicle testing and analyze driving data for autonomous missions.
• Develop production-grade code in C++ and Python including CUDA and GPU accelerations.
