Johnson & Johnson is seeking a capable clinical demand and supply planner to oversee Pack & Label and Distribution activities for patient kits and drug products. You will manage DP and kit supply, align with cS&OP processes, and drive on-time delivery while minimizing drug overage during complex clinical trials.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply planning tools (OMP, SAP), and monitor budgets and forecast accuracy to ensure successful patient dosing through trial progression.

Formación

• A university/bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4-6 years of experience preferably in a clinical demand and/or supply planning role
• APICS certificate in Production and Inventory Management preferred
• General knowledge of GxP principles
• Experience with the following functions preferred: clinical supply pack/label/distribution, clinical trial operations, project management, pharma/bio research and development

Responsabilidades

• Plan DP and Kit supply and inventory to meet FPI date and ensure Successful Patient Dose targets throughout the trial lifecycle
• Support cS&OP by feeding DP, Kit, and inventory data into Demand Review and triggering P&L and Distribution planning
• Develop supply strategies to meet clinical plans while optimizing drug overage and align with latest forecast recruitment rates
