Job summary

HII Mission Technologies, within the Warfare Systems group, seeks an Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) Analyst to provide expert guidance on EW doctrine, tactics, and operational integration. You will conduct stakeholder interviews across key military specialties (17E, 25E, 35N) and ensure COAs comply with Army doctrine and ROE.

The position is located in Fort Meade, MD with responsibilities spanning analysis, coordination with stakeholders, and preparation of action briefs to support

Qualifications

• Level 4 requires 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field.
• Level 5 requires 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's or related field; 13 years with a Masters; 10 years with a PhD/JD; or HS diploma with 19 years experience.
• Extensive experience in electromagnetic warfare operations, military doctrine, and operational planning.
• Familiarity with stakeholder communities aligned to 17E, 25E, and 35N fields.
• Strong understanding of Army MTTP, COA development, and doctrinal compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze complex military systems, training events, and operational concepts.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills for senior military and civilian audiences.
• Clearance: SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide recommendations on issues dealing with EW, cyber operations, and related domains.
• Coordinate with user community representatives across development phases.
• Analyze training results to support capability readiness.
• Compare, analyze and evaluate program designs and alternatives.
• Apply emerging doctrine and tactics to system design and development.
• Assess impact of options on user requirements and doctrine.
• Prepare reports and briefs summarizing support needs and investments.
