Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in EMS/energy management systems.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Proficient in Modbus, BACnet, and control system protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular daily and weekly updates to the Project Manager, including progress milestones.
• Enforce and adhere to installation and commissioning standards on all projects.
• Review project Scope of Work (SOW), Submittals, and Sequences of Operation (SOOs).
• Independently compose professional documents and transmittals.
• Lead project processes and timelines with accountability.
• Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally.
• Oversee subcontractor work and delegate tasks and responsibilities.
• Lead the commissioning team through the entire process and document issues.
