Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an EMS Technician – Level II in Richardson, TX. The role builds on Level I duties with advanced responsibilities under supervision of Level III staff or a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Independently execute the commissioning process.
• Assist Level III technicians or Project Managers during inspections and client presentations.
• Understand PID control and adjust parameters to optimize performance.
• Familiar with BACnet, Modbus, and MSTP control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identify equipment types relevant to the controls industry.
• Install and apply ARC 156 rules and devices and explain them.
• Calibrate sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure, and gas.
• Configure system runtime and equipment request logic within ALC software.
• Provide support to Level I technicians and assist with lighting system checkouts.
