Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or business required.
• Master's degree in health or business preferred or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of progressively responsible healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains policies and procedures for pre-hospital personnel.
• Oversees contracts and clinical agreements for supported areas.
• Coordinates satellite locations to support growth and access to care.
• Manages billing functions and ensures revenue integrity.
• Leads staffing models and care delivery improvements.
• Coaches staff for professional development.
