The ideal candidate will independently manage employment litigation through all phases, develop case strategy, and maintain strong client relationships while leveraging innovative tools in the practice. California Bar admission and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required.

• Six+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing litigation matters.
• Strong written and analytical skills.
