Our client, a premier AmLaw 150 labor and employment firm, seeks a mid to senior-level Employment Litigation Associate to join its Labor & Employment Litigation Practice in Orange County/ Irvine, CA. You will handle complex wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters, representing employers in high-stakes litigation and advising on compliance and risk management strategies.

Candidate profile includes a JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record, a CA bar in good standing, and

Competenze

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active California Bar admission in good standing.
4–7 years of substantive employment litigation experience.
Experience with California wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims.
Skilled in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
Experience drafting and arguing motions and taking/defending depositions.
Strong writing, analytical and research skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
