This Counsel will be the #1 employment lawyer, report to the General Counsel and have a direct report. In this role, you will provide crucial legal advice on employment law and HR matters in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

• Advise on a spectrum of employment-related matters, from discrimination and harassment to performance management and recruiting.
• Draft and refine employment-related templates, ensuring compliance and clarity.
• Partner with HR and business units to build scalable employment practices.
• Manage outside counsel for employment disputes and litigation.
• Stay ahead of legal developments and implement proactive compliance measures.
• Support projects such as reorganizations, compensation initiatives, benefits programs, and cross-functional investigations.

Ideal Candidate Specs

J.D. degree with 15+ years of employment law experience. Open to in-house or law firm candidates who can deliver clear, commercially pragmatic advice. Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential.

Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $325,000, complemented by a generous discretionary bonus and a robust benefits package.
