Job summary

The attorney collaborates with internal teams to shape policies and mitigate risk, reporting to the General Counsel; travel to support regional operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Law degree required and licensed to practice in California or Washington state.
• Minimum of 5 years law firm or in‑house experience.
• Demonstrated experience in international employment law.
• Superior writing and presentation skills.
• Superior communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, pro-active, requires little hands-on supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant employment practices and regulatory adherence.
• Draft and maintain global employment policies including ethics, anti-corruption, and anti-harassment.
• Support HR through operational guidance and training.
• Stay informed on employment and labor law affecting Talkdesk geographies.
• Balance competing priorities across constituencies.
