Responsibilities

• Lead SpaceXAI's compliance program for state and federal employment laws.
• Develop policies on accommodations, leaves, onboarding, and drug/alcohol programs.
• Audit compliance programs and drive corrective actions.
• Provide legal counsel on separations, job classifications, and background checks.
• Draft training and provide select training to leaders.
