Guild is hiring a Senior Consultant for Employer Partner Services (Enterprise) to build and maintain relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, understanding their strategic needs, and maximizing their partnership value. This role involves developing strategic plans, executing key initiatives, and ensuring client success in utilizing Guild’s offerings.

Guild partners with major companies across industries like Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, and Telecommunications, focusing on large frontline employee populations. The Employer Partner Services team manages these strategic relationships.

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities include:

  • Understanding employer partners' business opportunities and challenges.
  • Managing relationships from onboarding to expansion.
  • Implementing Guild’s platform and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Analyzing the impact of Guild’s services on client priorities.
  • Building trusted advisor relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Creating compelling narratives and insights for clients.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client objectives.
  • Conducting data analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in customer success or client services in an enterprise B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience evaluating forecasting models.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactiveness and willingness to take initiative.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset.

Compensation is market competitive, including a base salary from $95,100 to $125,000, plus bonus and stock options. Salary will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
