Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in a generalist role.

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• This role will require approximately 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Supports Managing Principals to deliver service excellence on firm-wide and People Solutions strategies in partnership with the Regional Director/Director.
• Coaches and develops employees by connecting with office leaders and Career Coach Champions.
• Engages on employee relations issues and facilitates coaching roundtables.
• Collaborates with office leadership on annual process decisions including advancement and compensation.
