Job summary

WelbeHealth in the United States seeks a People Senior Specialist (Employee Relations) to lead complex ER investigations, advise on sensitive employment decisions, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and People leadership to drive fair corrective actions and termination processes.

You'll analyze trends, strengthen policies, and design scalable ER practices while delivering training and using dashboards to inform leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in employee relations.
• Demonstrated expertise in design and execution in ER.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead thorough and confidential ER investigations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence and provide recommendations with Legal and leadership.
• Serve as SME in performance management and coaching to improve outcomes.
• Provide consultation for high-risk terminations and leave/accommodations cases.
• Develop and deliver ER training for Advisors and leaders.
• Use ER dashboards to identify trends and present insights to stakeholders.
