Envestnet, based in Berwyn, PA, seeks an experienced Employee Experience & Communications professional to partner with People & Culture and business leaders. You will craft clear programs, messages and events to inform, engage and activate employees across the organization.
You will develop materials, manage listening activities, and synthesize insights to drive leadership action while supporting global culture programs and regional events.
The primary work location for this role is Berwyn, PA with a hybrid work model.
The People & Culture team plays a central role in shaping the employee experience at Envestnet by supporting a workplace where employees feel informed, connected, recognized, and engaged. Within this team, the Employee Experience & Communications function helps bring our culture to life through clear and timely communications, enterprise employee listening, recognition and engagement programs, town halls, and initiatives that strengthen connection across the organization and support our company values. This team partners closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to translate employee insights into action, support meaningful moments that matter, and ensure employees understand how their work contributes to Envestnet’s strategy and success.
Serves as a strategic partner to the business, helping drive results by communicating clear, consistent and timely programs and policies that inform, inspire and activate employees in directions critical to job delivery and engagement. Proactively and regularly consults with leadership on programs and policies to effectively manage risk and address complex challenges. Implements programs and policies to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees.
This role offers a base salary range of $86,000 to $107,500. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
