Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in voluntary and/or employee benefits sales.
  • Established broker network within the mid-Atlantic territory (DC, MD, VA).
  • Life & Health licenses required; must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the defined territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop National and Regional Broker Partners to enhance sales and service delivery.
  • Provide enrollment support and training for new producers on their initial accounts.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze market trends and formulate effective recruiting programs.
  • Help implement corporate strategies, including cross-selling partner products.
