What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Recruit, train, and develop National and Regional Broker Partners to enhance sales and service delivery
- Provide enrollment support and training for new producers on their initial accounts
- Maintain positive working relationships with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze market trends and formulate effective recruiting programs
- Help implement corporate strategies, including cross-selling partner products
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in voluntary and/or employee benefits sales
- Established broker network within the mid-Atlantic territory (DC, MD, VA)
- Life & Health licenses required; must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed
- Ability to travel as needed within the defined territory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
