Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for customers. You will drive customer success, architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions, and guide migration strategies across CX channels.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead implementation, optimize performance, and manage risks. The Emerging Tech practice collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud solutions for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud-based solution experience (AWS or equivalent).
• 5+ years of customer experience systems engineering across CX platforms.
• 5+ years of customer experience systems design and architecting for voice, video, chat, email, SMS, social messaging and chatbots.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services across CX and contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable AWS customer experiences and emerging technology solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentoring and creating reusable artifacts within the organization.
