SOSI is seeking an Emerging & Disruptive Technology Analyst (Senior) to support a government customer in Reston, Virginia. The role analyzes future tech and its military applications, producing assessments of discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on defense.

Qualified candidates hold TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, and have 12 years of related experience; master’s or bachelor’s with extensive experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph.
• Master’s degree in a field related to the labor category or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years senior experience as a substitute.
• 12 years of related experience in the labor category, with recent work within last 2 years.
• Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and assesses future technology and its military applications by foreign states and non-states.
• Produces assessments projecting discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and impacts to defense.
• Supports National Security threat capabilities assessments and related DCIP threat assessments.
• Reviews analytic products for cogent arguments and rigorous tradecraft.
