Job summary

SOSi is seeking an Emerging & Disruptive Technology Analyst (Senior) to support a government customer in Fort Belvoir, VA. The role emphasizes analyzing future technologies and their military applications, and producing assessments for DCIP and national security contexts.

The ideal candidate will possess TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, advanced degrees or equivalent experience, and demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methods to address high-level tasks.

Qualifications

• Active in scope TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college/university or Bachelor’s with 5+ years senior experience as a substitute to Master’s.
• 12 years of experience related to the labor category with recent experience.
• Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
• Ability to define new research approaches enabling rigorous assessments.
• Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and tradecraft standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes future technology and its military applications for foreign states and non-states.
• Produces assessments on discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and impact to defense infrastructure.
• Supports production of National Security Threat Capabilities Assessment and DCIP threat assessments.
