Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an EMC Engineer to join our Mossville-based engineering team. You will write, review, and execute EMC test plans for electrical and electronic systems and mentor technicians and engineers in EMC hardening.

The role requires a degree in engineering or science with EMC design or RF physics, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects with global peers. Travel up to 10% is possible.

• Ability to propose design improvements based on EMC findings.
• Experience managing multiple EMC-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and execute EMC test plans for electrical/electronic systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot EMC issues including test equipment.
• Manage EMC testing projects to meet requirements and timelines.
• Automate testing using EMC tooling and AI where applicable.
• Provide EMC consulting with Caterpillar design engineers.
