Job summary

Obvio Inc. is hiring a Senior Embedded Engineer to own the software powering AI-assisted cameras for safe streets. You’ll lead production edge systems—from image capture and model execution to device services, fleet observability, and safe rollout.

This hands-on IC role requires coding, debugging in the field, and setting architecture and standards. You will mentor engineers, drive decisions across embedded Linux, hardware, and backend domains, and push for reliable, scalable, and secure edge

Qualifications

• 7+ years building embedded or edge systems that ship in production.
• Strong C/C++ skills with deep knowledge of embedded Linux, concurrency, IPC, networking, storage.

Responsibilities

• Own the production embedded vision stack end-to-end from capture to model inference and cloud interfaces.
• Design for constrained resources, long uptimes, fault recovery, data integrity, and remote diagnostics.
