Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design, code, test, and support real-time systems for aerospace-grade targets. You will work from DO-178B/C requirements and contribute across cross-functional teams to ensure program commitments are met.

The role requires 10+ years in embedded development, strong C/C++, Python skills, and experience with ARINC 429/618, VDL Mode 2, TCP/IP, and ATN OSI. Leadership experience and a STEM degree are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of embedded software development experience.
• DO-178B/DO-178C standards familiarity.
• Strong knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Object-oriented design experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with internal/external teams.
• Knowledge of ARINC 429, ARINC 618, VDL Mode 2, TCP/IP, ATN OSI.
• Aircrew human-machine interface design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and support embedded systems software to meet requirements.
• Code based on low-level software requirements.
• Build, test, and deliver real-time embedded software for target environments.
• Assist with system-level testing and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in design and code reviews to identify and fix issues early.
