You will oversee design, verification, and delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure on-time completion. Travel about 10-20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree.
• Experience delivering products at the system level including embedded systems.
• Experience with imaging, vision systems or RFID products is strongly desirable.
• Exposure to software and hardware development best practices and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on, technical problem-solving with both hardware and software.
• Strong communication and leadership across the organization.
• Ability to take requirements through test planning and test results.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to summarize and communicate internally and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop products and systems that meet customer requirements.
