Blissway Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Denver to strengthen our roadside hardware systems. You will design schematics, PCBs, and enclosures, and write edge software to ensure 99.99% reliability in extreme environments.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related technical field.
• Experience building physical hardware, including Raspberry Pi/ESP32 or custom PCBs.
• Foundational understanding of circuit design and CAD; comfortable in Python or C++.
• Startup mindset: ownership, proactive problem solving, and feedback-driven improvement.
• Denver relocation and in-person collaboration with hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Hardening the system for reliability in harsh environments.
• End-to-end design of schematics, PCBs, housing, and cabling for next-gen hardware.
• Lead CAD design iterations to improve assembly yield and serviceability.
• Develop edge code to bridge sensor hardware with software.
